Thoughts in my head
Feelings in my chest
Got me feeling anxious
Making me depressed
Lump in my throat
Tears in my eyes
Lying here in bed
Hoping you don't hear me cry
Lying in the dark and I am wide awake,
These feelings of dread I just cannot shake.
I don't know where home is, I try and find where I belong,
Every time I think I do, I'm always proven wrong.
With all that's going on, I don't know where I stand,
I want to ask for help, but I don't think I can.
Can't control these feelings, they've left me with this fear,
That you guys would be better off if I wasn't here.
I'm so tired of feeling this way, it happens every night,
It's getting to the point where I'm too tired to fight.
I never thought that I would ever feel this low,
I didn't think this summer I'd be so alone.
